The Challenge

Audi has over 70+ different dealers in Switzerland. They all have their own website with different languages (Switzerland is a country with 4 different languages).

The goal is to make sure that the banner drives the consumers to the right dealer’s page with the right languages. As part of the customer journey the banner should allow the consumer to configure a specific car in the banner by leveraging the content from the main website of Audi (Audi.ch).

The Challenge

The Strategy

LemonPI decided to build a Postal code relevant Dynamic banner that ties back with the Postal codes of the dealer’s location. At the moment of the impression, the Dynamic banner looks into the user’s location, and pushes the right content into the banner. All the landing pages are all dynamically built in the banner to make sure that we drive the right consumer to the right dealer.

On the main website of Audi (Audi.ch) our Smart LemonPI Pixel records every user action on all car configuration pages.
The Smart LemonPI Pixel stores the content after every change so the exact configured car can be displayed in our ads on the moment of impression.

Retargeting Car Configurator

After visiting the website and selecting a Car model the user will be retargeted with an mini in-banner car configurator.
The exit click of this ad will land on the full car configurator page of the the car.

Retargeting - Book a testdrive

After having visited the car configurator page the user is placed in a different segment. So the user can later be retargeted with their configured car with the following call-to-action: Book a testdrive at your local Audi dealer
